At NRS -Tex all product samples go through a rigorous laboratory test and are analyzed to determine conformance to specifications and document the process for producing world-class home textiles. This meticulous work and attention to detail ensures we produce only the finest quality textiles and fabrics.

All finished textile made ups to come out of the production line are are inspected as per AAMA & ASQ and complies with ISO 8402 98 - 3.2.2 System - II (4 - Point AQL 1) standards.

Inspection Process

The product is inspected at every stage of the production process. The raw materials used are of the finest quality available. When the yarn is received from dyeing it is checked for color matching and color fastness. The fabric received is then inspected for weaving & manual defects after which it is issued for tailoring. The finished product is then subjected to a final inspection before being packed according to individual requirements. The packaging material used is of the finest quality & conforms to international safety standards. Only products that pass this three-stage inspection process are shipped to clients. That is why we believe that every product that moves out of our premises speaks for itself.

Strength

All the process from Fiber to Finished goods under the direct guidance from us. We have Tie up with Printing & Dyeing units directly in regular basis.

We have strong Knowledge in all kind of printing Techniques like Digital (Pigment & Reactive), Water color printing, Heat Transfer, Foil prints, Screen print, Flock print and Weaving Methods like Dobby, Jacquard, Pleated type, Plain & lot more.

Factory Information

A team with 15 Direct & More than 100 indirect employees on contract basis. Our office, factory, Checking & packing section are functioning 9500 sq,feet area with sufficient space.
